Leading full-service packaging supplier Hunter Luxury has once again demonstrated its expertise in luxury beauty packaging, partnering with premium spa and skincare brand ESPA to create its Limited-Edition Christmas 2025 collection.
The collaboration spans a complete festive gifting range, including an Advent Calendar, Rigid Gift Boxes and accompanying FBB cartons, Premium Vanity Case, Cosmetic Bags and Retail store bags. Each piece, finished in a deep, rich, regal blue, has been expertly brought to life by Hunter Luxury, capturing ESPA’s spa heritage while elevating the unboxing experience for this festive season.
The centrepiece of the range, the Advent Calendar, is crafted from rigid greyboard and wrapped in dyed-to-Pantone paper, finished with fine line embossing and a foiled ESPA logo with a subtle chisel effect. Behind its doors, 25 drawers open to reveal naturally powerful gifts that offer a harmonising treat for mind, body, and soul. From invigorating cleansers and nourishing creams to rich essential oils, blissful aromatherapy, and immersive, clinically proven skincare, each is designed to bring inner and outer harmony throughout the festive season.
Each Rigid Gift Box echoes this refined aesthetic in a book-style format, featuring an embossed exterior and a foiled border insert to hold ESPA’s iconic blends. The Candle Box, also a rigid book-style format, follows this approach and features single-sided lamination and a protective tracing paper sheet. Due to the Ceramic Candle vessel, the internal finish of the box required additional development to ensure colour would not transfer from the bespoke dyed paper to the porous ceramic candle during transit.
Complementing these structured pieces are soft-touch velour cosmetic bags for women and a textured PU leather washbag for men – both elevated with ESPA-branded zip pullers and discreet logo detailing. Completing the collection is the Luxury Velour Vanity Case, lined with satin and fitted with a mirror and removable tray, the Retail Bag, plus a series of FBB cartons, ensuring even the smallest gifts carry ESPA’s seasonal design cues.
The choice of materials, from FSC-certified board to durable textiles, ensures each design balances sustainability with the sense of luxury expected from ESPA. Inserts are made of stacked corrugate with no plastic, all structural components are crafted from rigid board wherever possible, closure mechanisms are designed to avoid ribbons or magnets, and lamination is limited to one side to maintain recyclability.
