As Office Manager you will be at the heart of the organisation, helping to drive a positive work environment and develop and improve the function of the entire office. You will be the go-to person in the office and you will be pivotal to the smooth running of the business.

About your experience

You’re able to demonstrate initiative and suggest improvements to processes.
You have great IT skills and are great at picking up new systems quickly and sharing your knowledge.
You’re experienced in time management and are able to prioritise your ever-changing to-do list.
You’re experienced in Office Management and are used to working with various personalities to get the job done.

What you’ll be doing

Help to drive a positive work environment – culture, events and maintaining a positive and motivated atmosphere in the office.
Develop and improve the function of the entire office.
Organise and manage company and team events.
Develop, coordinate and implement office systems, policies and procedures to ensure we are H&S compliant and the office runs fluidly.
Meet and greet and facilitate on-site meetings.
Calendar and diary management for MD and co-ordinating schedules.
Providing general administrative support to MD
Courier management – booking, packing and taking delivery of samples.
Facilities Management.
Ownership and management of in-house systems and databases.
Arranging team birthday cards and presents on behalf of the company.
Arranging travel and booking accommodation
Taking inventory of stationery and order as required.

What we offer

£24,000 – £26,000 per annum.
