As a Senior Account Manager within our Spirits department, you will be working with some of the best luxury spirits brands in the business, building and implementing client retention and growth strategies, playing an integral role in the product development process, offering creative and technical solutions for luxury secondary packaging and providing outstanding project management to deliver a first-class customer experience.

ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE

You are an expert in prestige secondary packaging, have 10 + years of experience within the Spirits and/or luxury packaging Industry and bring insightful strategies with proven success.
You are highly motivated, results driven and you have excellent business sense and financial management.

You are brilliant in creating unforgettable brand experiences and have a talent in defining product requirements and services that best serve the client and the business.
Your multifaceted approach means you know exactly how to handle multiple client relationships and project simultaneously and successfully.

You are experienced with working with various materials such as paper, wood and metal and familiar with various print techniques and don’t shy away from experimenting with new and relevant materials and methods.

You’re great with people; your team and clients trust you as you are proactive and dependable. Your communication is brilliant and you’re influencing, and negation skills are second to none.

You are more than willing to travel throughout the UK and abroad.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Managing an assigned portfolio of existing clients with a proactive approach, identifying development potential by initiating, developing and closing sales.

Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts. Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

Delivering the highest level of client service to enhance the client experience whilst balancing their expectations with the execution of work and business needs.

Developing key relationships with multiple clients concurrently, cultivating and maintaining good long-term partnerships.

Preparing commercial costing and critical time paths. Tracking project milestones and deliverables, identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies, in line with Hunter Luxury’s best practice and using the appropriate tools and templates; Responding in a timely manner to changing priorities; adapting and adjusting plans as required.

Playing an integral role in the packaging development processes. Offering the client creative and technical solutions.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that standards, processes and agreed project management methods are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Working closely with the Operations team in the product development and manufacturing process.

Identifying product improvements or new products by staying on top of current on industry trends, market activities, and competitive landscape. Soliciting feedback from clients, visiting trade shows, networking etc.

Monitor, prepare and present sales metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts).
Ensuring all project documents are completed accurately, are up to date, and appropriately stored.
