Hunter Luxury are looking for a talented Account Executive to join our fast-growing friendly and dynamic team at our Harpenden offices. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with 1 or 2 years sales or marketing experience, with an ambition to grow you will have the capabilities to fast-track to an Account Manager role in 18 months to 2 years. You will work alongside the Beauty Sales Team to ensure that our amazing award-winning packaging products are produced and delivered to our clients in line with the project plan – creating WOW moments along the way with our partners and clients.
To provide full administration and project support to the BEAUTY Account Management team.
Produce sales presentations and co-ordinate promotional and sample products. Plan, coordinate, and implement projects from an agreed client brief; including liaising with the client, stakeholders, and the internal team to ensure that projects are delivered in-full, in-time and on budget.
Complete all administration relating to project proposals and agreed projects through the CRM application and produce monthly reports, sales pipeline reports and ad-hoc reports as requested.
Receive client briefs from the Account Managers and manage the project set-up on all internal systems
Gather all relevant information and documentation, work with the internal team to produce a customer quote for approval
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that standards, processes and agreed project management methods are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies, in line with Hunter Luxury’s best practice and using the appropriate tools and templates
Respond in a timely manner to changing priorities; adapting and adjusting plans as required.
Keep all relevant stakeholders, clients, and team members up to date of any changes to this and manage expectations throughout the project.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored – within the CRM.
Support the New Business Development process by maintaining the customer database and prospect pipeline for BEAUTY
Produce sales presentations for Account Managers
Support of client product sample approval process and co-ordination of all sample distribution to customers on behalf of the Sales team.
Coordination of sales and operations team throughout order development.
Prepare monthly sales reports by analysing CRM, and sales pipeline data.
Collect and analyse information from prospect and current clients to assist in the sales process.
Graduate or similar level academic / vocational qualification
1-2 years post- graduate experience in retail sales – FMCG / Luxury
Experience in the Beauty industry an advantage but not essential.
Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously.
Excellent people skills; building trust with the team and with clients; dependable and proactive.
Excellent written and verbal communication, and time management skills.
Excellent IT skills, experience with data management, xls, ppt etc
