About your experience

You have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role and know your way around IT packages with skills in Excel and Sage.
You’re great at time management and are able to prioritise tasks and work independently.
You have experience in communicating financial information.
You have strong analytical and organisational skills.

What you’ll be doing

Making bank payments and reconciliation.
Raising customer invoices, statements and chasing payments.
Managing supplier invoice authorisations, project allocation, payments and investigating discrepancies.
Inputting employee expenses on to Sage.
Consolidating company credit cards and petty cash.
Document management of overseas employee invoices and expenses.
Adhering to finance processes and support in creating and implementing new procedures.

What we offer

£24,000 – £26,000 per annum, pro-rata for 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
