Full-service packaging supplier Hunter Luxury has launched the Cosmic Teal collection, a new range of packaging solutions and accessories for the beauty sector.
The new range utilises WGSN’s Colour of the Year for 2026, Transformative Teal, which it combines with embroidered celestial designs drawn from the 19th-century Arts and Crafts movement. The launch is part of Hunter Luxury’s expanding Inspirations Collection, a range of fully customisable solutions that demonstrate its remarkable innovation capability and famed attention to detail. Every element of each solution can be tailored to suit a customer’s needs, or they can be kept largely the same to speed up time-to-market for a high-end white label discovery set, gift set, or retail collection.
The new collection consists of four items; a circular trinket box made from PU suede, a square rPET nylon mesh bag, velvet wristbands and a matching drawstring bag, and a mini purse keyring that contains a mirror. Each product is thematically connected through the use of Transformative Teal paired with gold hardware and detailed embroidery depicting moons and stars.
“Transformative Teal is a perfect blend of blue and green,” says Amanda Wakeling, Product Inspiration Manager at Hunter Luxury, who designed the collection. “It almost reminds you of the night sky. The sky and the stars are always changing. And because Transformative Teal is so heavily related to nature and change, it all fits together perfectly. The cosmic elements work really well with the colours and decorations.
“Teal is also meant to evoke emotions of peace and tranquillity, so it ties in really nicely with the sensorial nature of the pieces. It’s timeless – ethereal without being girly. That’s what I love about it.”
The Transformative Teal colour was selected as its Colour of the Year for 2026 after WGSN noted growing consumer spending on green and blue products, as consumers look for natural colours that reflect their growing environmental focus.
As with other ranges in the Inspirations Collection, the Cosmic Teal’s pieces combine functionality with a striking aesthetic impact, ensuring they can have a long second life as keepsakes and everyday accessories.
The launch marks the latest success for Hunter Luxury, after it received five nominations at the 2025 UK Packaging Awards – four for its headline-grabbing watering can-themed gift set created for Hendrick’s gin.
